What is a channel partner, and why use one?

Are you tied to one free zone?

No. We work with the UAE’s major free zones and mainland authorities, so we recommend whichever one fits your activity, budget and plans.

How long does it take to set up a company in the UAE?

It depends on the setup type, your activity and how quickly documents are ready. Free zone setups are often the fastest. You’ll get a realistic timeline in your consultation.

Can I own 100% of my company?

Yes, in free zones and for most mainland activities. A small number of strategic activities still have ownership conditions, and we’ll check yours before you apply.

Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?

Much of the setup can be done remotely. If you need a residence visa, you’ll need to be in the UAE for the medical test and biometrics.

Do I need to register for corporate tax?

Most UAE businesses must register, even if they pay nothing. The 9% rate applies to taxable profit above AED 375,000, and qualifying free zone income can be taxed at 0%.
